Bug Description

Juju 1.18 complains that num units = 1 when deploying a subordinate and that number of units can't be specified with a subordinate service.

OK _ that might have fixed the GUI - but it hosed the cli:

Sorry I rather keep the API and hose the gui for now. Ie old version for
truth on 0.3.4
