Bug Description

I'm running gutsy tribe-4 on a System76 Z62F laptop. When I press on the hibernate button on the keyboard, nothing happens. However, when I press on the sleep button, the machine sleeps.

I tried running System -> Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts and then pressing the hibernate button on the keyboard, but nothing happens. What other tests can I run?

This doesn't sound like a kernel issue. Hibernate button may be handled by hotkeys-setup.

The hibernate button still doesn't work on beta. So, I have attached the output of dmidecode and /var/log/acpid. Please note that the showkey -u command didn't show anything other than 0x9c.
