[Impact]
If telepathy-mission-control-5 is removed, ktp-contact-list crashes when a user tries to add a friend

[Steps to reproduce]
* Close ktp-contactlist and set presence to offline
* sudo apt-get purge telepathy-mission-control-5
* killall -9 mission-control-5
* start ktp-contact-list
* Ignore the warning dialog that comes up
* Try to add a friend via the "Add new contacts" button beneath the presence chooser
* contact list should crash
* Update ktp-contact-list
* Try to add a friend via the "Add new contacts" button beneath the presence chooser
* contact list should not crash

Accepted ktp-contact-list into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ktp-contact-list/0.8.1-0ubuntu0.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
