Bug Description
"apt-get update" occasionally fails with something like
W: Failed to fetch bzip2:/
This happens when apt downloads Release, then a mirror pulse happens in the middle, and the subsequently downloaded Packages.gz are from the next archive update.
In that case we should auto-retry apt-get once, like in http://
