I think this is SRU worthy. Edgy and Dapper are affected as both contain 1.231-4. The new list of reserved IPs was introduced in Debian revision 1.231-5.

The dapper-proposed version appears to work. Upgrades and removes without issue.

Dear SRU verification team,

the fix for this bug is so straightforward (i.e. one-line fix of a list of IPs) that I consider the existing testing sufficient (I got a successful report on edgy on IRC some time ago, the tester did not follow up to this report, though). Please accept this package into {dapper,edgy}.
