PDFshuffler not support translations

Bug Description

PDFShuffler not support translations.

In the source code are two "gettext" invocations:
And in the "ui" the label :"zoom in" and "zoom out" isn't translatable.

At the same patch are included the catalan translations for PDFShuffler.
