Bug Description

Version: master (1.10) and 1.9
Browser: FF, Chromium
Platform: Ubuntu 12.04, Apache 2.2, Php5.3, PostgresSQL

Step to reproduce the bug:

1. Add a textbox into a page
2. In the textbox configure pop-up window, toggle the toolbars ON, click 'Source code' button
3. You should be able to edit the HTML code, but actually you can't

Remove focuslocker in blocktype configure. (Bug 1334501)

also add the function keytabbinginadialog() to make sure moving by TAB
keys will only within the pop-up dialog

I can't replicate this problem on version 1.9 stable.

I suspect it's an issue with tinymce4 and mahara - and so therefore only exists in mahara 1.10 branch
