mission control "Could not open plugin directory"

Bug Description

I just installed empathy and It seems like it doesn't stores any account.
It doesn't segfault nor gives any error output on console. The only thing I managed to get is the one that follows

did you installed some connection managers? telepathy-gabble for Jabber support.

I did now. I installed Butterfly and Gable. But...
Msn looks like runs fine (at least it shows my contacts, I haven't checked if anyone is connected). Jabber (gtalk) is no go, It doesen't shows my jabber contacts.
This is all the information I have

Could you try with latest version of empathy (0.21.5.2) please?

Forgot to say. Now I'm running 0.21.3 from telepathy's ppa and it's working perfectly. some issues here and there but now it's my default IM client. Great Work Xavier and people!!!.
