Bug Description

> apt-cache policy qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-telephony0.1
qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-telephony0.1:
  Installed: 0.1+14.10.20140709.2-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 0.1+14.10.20140709.2-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 0.1+14.10.20140709.2-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ utopic/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Given the following qml:

import QtQuick 2.2
import Ubuntu.Telephony 0.1

Rectangle {
    width: 20
    height: 20
}

Running `qmlscene test.qml` hangs on startup for about 30s. This causes unity8 to have a 30s startup delay now that we have the in-call hint.

Aactually. It's about the ofono telepathy account. Folks that got it on their machines somehow (how?) don't experience the delay.
