Spanish manpages with wrong encoding

Bug Description

Binary package hint: manpages-es

The man pages provided by the package 'manpages-es' are not well encoded, showing strange characters when accentuated characters should appear. This does not happen with the man pages provided by the package 'manpages-es-extra'.

I am using UTF-8 as default encoding. I have looked into the source of thouse packages and found that the pages of the first one are encoded with UTF-8 and the pages of the second one are encoded with ISO-8859-15, so perhaps here lives the cause of the problem.

This is now fixed in Hardy due to changes in man-db to support UTF-8 manual pages. (For complete support, changes in groff are still needed, but what we have now should be good enough for most of the pages in manpages-es.)
