Bug Description
That's needed for e.g bug #1362143 where "None" is used as a translatable string, but
"This is because in some languages (e.g. Latin based ones) the translation for the word "none" can be either in the masculine or feminine form depending on the context."
So we basically need a "context" which let the same strings be listed several times in the translate template/have different translations
