Bug Description

In the Lock Security option (Security & Privacy page) the user has the option to choose "None" as a screen lock option.

For translation purposes this string needs to be either changed to "No security" or "No lock", or it should be changed into a token that can be translated separately from all the other instances of "None" in the application.
This is because in some languages (e.g. Latin based ones) the translation for the word "none" can be either in the masculine or feminine form depending on the context.

Thanks, could you give details on where exactly you see that option?
The options implemented are the ones from the design [1], which includes "swipe (no security)" but not "none"

In fact that string is on the previous screen as the summary of the current value, and described in the design
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityAndPrivacySettings#Phone

"On the “Lock phone” screen, the “Lock security” setting should be summarized as “None”, “PIN code”, or “Passphrase”. "

Matthew, do you have an opinion on either the string should be changed or if we should change the translation context to just make it a different "None" string with its own translation and translator comments?

"Lock security: No security" would read awkwardly. So let's use the translation context solution please.

i18.tr() doesn't seem to have a variant that includes a "context" string, does anyone know a workaround/other way to do it?

I've opened bug #1363078 against the ui toolkit, meanwhile we might need a workaround
