Bug Description

As upstream merged fcitx-qimpanel-configtool into fcitx-qimpanel, this source package is no longer needed, and the new release is already in -proposed. Please remove src:fcitx-qimpnale-configtool from archive.

It's removed from ubuntukylin.utopic seed, and a metapackage update is pending for the removal's happen.
