Bug Description

Binary package hint: gmail-notify

According to GNOME HIG http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/desktop-integration.html#menu-item-tooltips
menu item tooltip should be phrased as a verb. gmail-notify's menu item tooltip is "New Gmail notification tool" and is not phrased as a verb.

The relevant file is
/usr/share/applications/gmail-notify.desktop

from gmail-notify package. It is not part of the upstream project and was added by Ubuntu maintainers.

  * Various clean up in the desktop file to satisfy version 1.0
    - Removal of the Encoding entry (deprecated)
    - Removal of the extension on the icon name
    - Removal of Application in the Categories field

please don't set the bug status to fix released if the package it's still not uploaded.
You should have deleted ppa on the package version, I gonna delete it for this time, but please remember to do it next time!
