approximateduration shouldn't spell out numbers <10

Bug Description

I made a mistake when designing approximateduration. I thought it would be nice to spell out numbers less than ten as words, e.g. "seven minutes" rather than "7 minutes". But it isn't that nice, and it makes the numbers harder to scan in things like build notifications.
