Option for project bug listing to include bugs in project's packages

Bug Description

When looking at the bug reports for a project, there could be an option for including bugs reported on packages of that project. Such a bug listing would need an extra column to show where each bug was filed.

If this bug and bug 3152 were both fixed, they probably would share some UI.

bridging the gap is complete. This feature discussed and rejected in November I do not think this is High. This also overlaps the Ubuntu is its own upstream problem described in several other bugs. My proposal was to add a checkbox to advanced search
[x] Include bugs reported in <product>
and
[X] include bugs reported in: Ubuntu <package>, Ubuntu <package>, and Ubuntu <package>

My proposal requires passing a list of targets. Some projects have 20 packages.

Set to low because this is a feature that requires planning and possibly stakeholder approval.
