Merge emacs24 24.4+1-4 from Debian unstable

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

I'm patch piloting today so I'll give this a look.

So far, looks pretty good (mostly just testing the build on vivid). I'll soon have a vivid VM to test the installed debs.

Some testing on vivid looks good. This will likely get stuck in proposed until imagemagick 8:6.8.9.9-2 gets promoted.

This bug was fixed in the package emacs24 - 24.4+1-4ubuntu1

    avoid trying to build src/macuvs.h (via IVD_Sequences.txt) since
    we removed it for the time being, due to uncertainty over the
    licensing.
