pick mode not working correctly when no contacts

There are actually a couple of issues here that need to get fixed:

1) When in pick mode, if there are no contacts, display a message saying "No Contacts" instead of the current message which says "Create a new contact by swiping up.."

2) All the buttons on the toolbar should be disabled when there are no contacts, except for the "X"

Share button should probably be disabled if there's no items selected. So, regardless of if there are contacts or not. if none of them are selected, the share should probably be disabled if there's no contacts selected.

This bug was fixed in the package address-book-app - 0.2+15.04.20141111.1-0ubuntu1
