Decimal Angle Format for Angle Measure & Pointer Coordinates

I really like the decimal display option for coordinates as they are very handy for calculation and comparisons. It doesn't appear this option exists for all tools.

Is the decimal display option also available for the Angle Measure and Pointer Coordinates?

Although the DMS display is how RA/Dec positions are mostly referenced, they are terribly inconvenient for calculations. Given that 13.1 now has decimal display option for selected objects, it seems logical to extend that to the pointer coordinates and the angle measurement tool.
