Bug Description

On vivid, indicator-sound-service crashes on startup. I am not using Unity, and I can reproduce the crash reliably in a minimal environment (plain X with Metacity WM).

(I recompiled indicator-sound with -g and -O0 to get an useful trace, thus not using apport-crash).
