Bug Description

This bug:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/courier/+bug/121907

was marked expired no activity even though it had activity two days ago. It needs to be unexpired, but I've left it unchanged in case it makes a difference for analysis of the problem.

It appears that the timer is being set from when the bug was set to incomplete and not from the last activity.
