Bug Description

Reported to me via PM:

Search dialog has a few problems (I can confirm for Win64):

Explanatory string "this tool doesn't apply refractive correction" is incomplete, only one line shown.
(32bit version built with MinGW correctly breaks the line)

The highest units in longitudes (hours, or degrees, depending on mode) cannot be wheeled with the mouse, or even properly entered. Wheeling moves minutes. This issue is also in win32/minGW!

wordWrap is enabled for explanatory string - it should be work. The highest units in longitudes... well, I think you try put cursor before numbers.

*Should* wordwrap, yes. It works on MinGW... But I can confirm issue in official 0.13.2-win64-OpenGL. Qt/MSVC issue?

The numbers problem: again, should work like that. It works for minutes, and also for the degrees in declination/latitude if you set the cursor just before the degrees symbol. But not in the longitude field, this is rather strange. Have not looked into the code yet, though.

Just try put cursor between numbers and designation (between 0 and h as example) and try move mouse wheel. And question: why it should work when cursor are putting on first position - before all numbers?

This is what I am doing, and it does not work. It does change something, but only the seconds. (MinGW32 here and 0.13.2-win64)
If I put the cursor to the front in Azimuth field, the sign swaps. In case of Equatorial coordinates, it also changes sign internally, e.g., 0h 9m 00s <-> 23h 51m 00s, but I cannot move hours or degrees in the left field. The declinations/latitudes work OK.

And BTW, Azimuth and Galactic longitude should be labeled °/'/" like the latitudes, not d/m/s

r7385 has better line wrap and vertical spacer settings, this should fix the issue.
