Bug Description
When a build fails in a PPA, clicking on the "retry build" eventually brings you back to the '+build' page, with a notice that says:
"Build retried"
I think this is somewhat confusing. At this point, the build _hasn't_ been retried - it's been rescheduled, and may build at some point in the near (or distant) future.
I think this would be clearer if the notice said something along the lines of:
"Build rescheduled"
"Build has been scheduled"
"Build has been queued"
"Package has been queued for building"
