[greeter/desktop] the password entry is not focused by default

when we start unity8,shell will draw greeter and then draw dash,i think when we look at the greeter,but the focus is on dash,is it?

i am confused, we need to wait dash start and then login(unless i will see scopes-splash or black background),but the greeter has shown for a long time before dash start completely

forcing textfield to grab focus when greeter lose it(for example dash started will grab focus,or wizard)

raising priority as bug 1588254 (which this bug duped) shows others care and how annoying it is
