Bug Description
All QWWAD programs should have a uniform naming scheme.
* A prefix "qwwad_" should be used before all core programs
* This should be followed by either:
... "ef*" for elements of envelope function calculations
... "pp*" for elements of pseudopotential calculations
... "sr*" for scattering rate calculations
... "*" for other components
