Elasticsearch confusion about indexing the firstname, lastname, email, preferredname values

Bug Description
On the elasticsearch configuration page under the artefact types section the
email, firstname, lastname, preferredname checkbox fields are disabled - this is so because that data is indexed as part of the usr table rather than the artefact table.
However this is confusing for an admin because they may think the data is not being indexed.
So I will make a patch where the boxes are disabled but ticked - but we don't save their state as part of the artefact types selected - so that an administrator can see that those bits of information are in fact being indexed/searchable.
The is another disabled one 'Multirecipient
