Bug Description
In Mahara 1.3 we added a the feature now known as "Small page headers" (or "viewmicroheaders" in the code). This feature changes the display of Portfolio pages so that they have a different, smaller header displayed. It can be activated by going to "Administration -> Site Configuration -> General options -> Small page headers".
Having this extra, optional, way of styling pages has always tended to cause bugs for us because it gets neglected during theming and because of the inherent bugginess of code reduplication. And now with the Bootstrap theme changes it's no longer necessary because of the changes we've made to the default header.
So, we're going to remove the "Small page headers" feature, as of Mahara 15.10.
