Bug Description

Ubuntu Version: 14.04.4 LTS
chromium-browser Version: 44.0.2403.89-0ubuntu0.14.04.1.1095

How to reproduce:
1. Find an image (https://www.google.com/images/srpr/logo11w.png)
2. Try to search it with right click > Search Google for this image
3. Have Google redirect you to google.com/images?sbi=1

The problem:
When you search an image on Google, instead of having ?client=ubuntu (or nothing at all) at the end of the URL, it has &client=ubuntu (with no question mark in front)
