Bug Description

Binary package hint: snmpd

In Feisty with snmpd 5.2.3-4ubuntu-1 the command:

  /etc/init.d/snmpd restart

kills the snmpd daemon and doesn't restart it.

However, /etc/init.d/snmpd start and stop work as expected
