Mahara 15.10.

Change the block title to "My portfolios" because now both pages and collections are displayed. But instead of saying "My pages and collections" have a title that encompasses both.

Change block "My pages" to "My portfolios" (Bug #1492674)

Change block "Latest pages" to " Latest changes I can view" (Bug #1492674)

to reflect that both pages and collections are
displayed. Since both pages and collections can
be portfolios, that title is chosen to encompass
both.
