Bug Description

PulseAudio 7 was released a while ago and brings some nice improvements and fixes, would be great to see it in Ubuntu soon.

Pulseaudio 7 seems to have been packaged in Debian unstable (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/pulseaudio), but it looks like the Ubuntu package is packaged separately, so I don't know how much this helps.

Yes, I saw on mailing list that it was packaged for Debian unstable, but Ubuntu have own set of Ubuntu-specific patches at least.
I'm not sure how crucial they are, so I'm not even trying to install Debian packages on my Wily.

We should upload PA 7 in the beginning of the 16.04 cycle. Too late for 15.10 IMO.

What about creating ppa for those who want to test it earlier?
Unfortunately I have no experience with that myself.
