Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
Many of the changelog entries presented by Update Manager are wider than the window. This makes reading the changelog frustrating - often you have to repeatedly scroll the window both horizontally and vertically to read a given entry. The other option is to resize the window so it's a bit wider, and changelog entries fit onscreen.
The user shouldn't have to do that, though - Update Manager should be smart enough to fit everything onscreen without horizontal scroll bars.
A 40px wider default window size would solve the problem for most (but not all) of the 180 updates currently available on my system.
Instead of widening the window, reformatting the changelog entries so the renderer can reflow to fit the window should solve the problem for all entries. Though it's a bit more work, this solution would be better for users.

it would be more than just "a bit more work", since you have to detect indentions. The changelog entries are made for a fixed with of 80 chars.
