Compiz should use kwin as fallback in KDE

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz-kde

Compiz, when it crashes (see bug 150804), attempts to execute Metacity. On KDE, however, it should attempt to start kwin, which it does not appear to try.

This patch to the /usr/bin/compiz script should set FALLBACKWM to the right option.
