Bug Description

Please provide the virtualbox-ose modules for the current Gutsy kernel (2.6.22-14).

I've improved the virtualbox-ose-modules source package, which makes it easier to upgrade it in the future.
At least that's what I think.

Evidently, you didn't try and build it - it blows up badly building the modules for i386, but not amd64. I ran out of time yesterday, but I was planning to spend a little time looking at it today.

You are right, but it should have failed also for i386 (because I've not adjusted the directory in one place).

I've spent some more time on it and will attach a new debdiff in a few minutes.

You may want to build upon that one, if it's any good.

Updated the patch once again, fixing the depmod call(s) and just providing the postinst scripts without any substitution magic.

virtualbox-ose-modules (3) gutsy; urgency=low

  * Grab the kernel and ABI version from the Package name we're building,
    so only control needs to be fiddled.
  * Run depmod -A on install.
  * Deal with -14 ABI bump. (LP: #144801, #151379)
