elilo not available on amd64

Bug Description

For some reason the elilo package does not seem to be available on amd64 applications.
See http://packages.ubuntu.com/elilo
This is causing an issue to some manufacturers that would like to certify their EFI HW on Ubuntu Server.

Will elilo be an option on Hardy desktop so those with a Macbook Pro can use it instead of grub?

This was fixed in intrepid. I don't think there's much we can do about this for the hardy desktop installer at this point - it'd probably require changes in several other places. It's probably better to focus on getting it right going forward (which of course actually ought to involve grub2!).
