Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

When the compose window is open I notice that the app freezes about once per minute. it is completely non responsive and the cursor disappears, but does not appear to be using excessive CPU at that time. It does not coincide with checking mail. Keystrokes are added to the message once the cursor returns. Freeze lasts about 5 seconds and is regular and repeating.

I will happily do that, but is there a point if the program doesn't crash, but only freezes temporarily?

Sebastian,

Please accept my apologies. I upgraded to Gutsy and I can't get Evo to freeze any longer. I ran a backtrace, but I don't think there's anything of value in there for you.

Regards
Ian
