Bug Description
For people not permanently connected to the net and seeking support it would be very helpful to have a printable HTML layout or PDF export option at Answers.

I don't think there's any reason to limit this to Answers. Would you be happy expanding this to providing a print-friendly view for Launchpad pages in general?
Most Free OSes (including Ubuntu), as well as Mac OS X, provide PDF export as a standard part of their printing system.
