[UIFe] Include refreshed mime icons from upstream

Bug Description

The elementary-xfce icon theme received some new mimetype icons from upstream elementary. The main benefit of including this now is better quality and more consistent icons, which will really help to make Xubuntu 16.04 LTS shine for the three years it will be supported. Additionally, I am told by the Xubuntu Documentation team that there are no mimetype icons in our documentation. Considering this does not include any string changes, this should be safe to include.
