Unsubscribing sponsors. There are no instructions what to do/where to put this SVG file (please provide a patch with the packaging around it), and this needs an origin/license/copyright statement for the icon.

So apparently https://wiki.debian.org/AppStream/Guidelines is the place that documents the packaging. Remaining outstanding questions:

 * What is the license and origin of this icon?
 * The above also says that this needs a meta-info desktop file to work. Is this still outstanding, or does it make sense to add the icon without the meta-info?
