Fresh install on Xenial can't cope with a restored home folder

Bug Description

* Fresh install of Xenial
* Pre-existing home folder
* Backups already configured from previous installation

At the configured interval, a GUI pops up noting that deja-dup can't find duplicity.

I'm aware that duplicity is no longer part of the default install image from this page :

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Python/FoundationsXPythonVersions

Installed duplicity at the command line. Ran into problem described in

https://bugs.launchpad.net/deja-dup/+bug/1186070

Would be nice if the error dialogue in this case prompted you to install duplicity as the main wizard does when configuring backups. I presume the main wizard also installs python-gi.

It appears to install deja-dup-backend-gvfs, which installs duplicity and python-gi (and required dependencies), so as to enable backup to FTP, SSH, WebDAV, and Windows Shares.

I think that's the one we're supposed to install (from the wizard or the command line), rather than only duplicity.

Just released 35.4, which does prompt an install from the restore/backup dialog, not just the main window. Thanks!
