Bug Description
I'm running Ubuntu 7.10 as upgraded from 7.04 on a Toshiba Satellite R15-S822.
If I leave my computer idle for an extended amount of time, I will return to find the system locked up hard. No keyboard or touchpad input is registered. To make the system usable again, I have to forcefully shutdown the system.
Please let me know which logs you will need. I'll be happy to upload them ASAP.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that this is an older issue; is it still happening in the latest release 8.04 Hardy? If so, set the bug status to 'new' and leave a comment to signify that it is ready for triage / review. Otherwise if the issue has been fixed, please set the status to 'invalid'.
