Bug Description

linux' tests have recently started to fail differently in y than they were failing before:

Cloning into 'autotest-docker'...
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "kernel-testing/dep8-runner", line 13, in <module>
    from lib.test_attributes import TestAttributes
  File "/tmp/autopkgtest.2ACEqh/build.HDx/linux-4.4.0/kernel-testing/lib/test_attributes.py", line 8, in <module>
    import yaml
ImportError: No module named yaml
tar: kernel-test-results: Cannot stat: No such file or directory

Supposedly python-yaml (or maybe python3-yaml) needs to be added as a test dep.
