Bug Description

php-text-captcha (1.0.2-3ubuntu1) yakkety; urgency=medium

  * Text/CAPTCHA/Driver/Figlet.php uses PEAR() and
    Text/CAPTCHA/Exception.php requires PEAR/Exception.php.

I sent this same change to Debian and so it will be fixed on the (forthcoming) sync of 1.0.2-4 from unstable.
