launchpad.net/+builds should sort by architecture by default

Bug Description
As we get more and more buildds in the farm, hostname becomes more and more silly as the default sort. Please sort the page by architecture by default, and let click on headers when that's not what we want.

Somewhere along the way, this got fixed. The default sort order definitely seems to be by arch now.
