No way to turn off translations for a project group

Bug Description

The AGRIP meta-project was recently created for me and I have been filling in the details.

One problem I've come across is that there is no way to specify that the meta-project does not use translations, as there is for individual projects. (For the record, I like the service, but our system is not compatible with it currently.)

(The Bugs equivalent is bug 87228.)

The individual projects do not use Translations by default, and so neither does the project group. So the real inconvenience, I suppose, is that the projects need to be Translations-enabled individually. Unless it turns out there is a real problem with that, I don't think we'll get around to changing it.
