Bug Description
When changing "Enable DNSSEC validation of upstream zones" to either on or off, the bind9 configuration file (/etc/bind9/
If you change the DNS forwarder setting the configuration file is then correctly updated with whatever value is currently set, so it seems to simply be a missing update trigger.
