downloads of single po files or the whole bundle broken

The same problem here. I've been trying to download .po's from different projects, but haven't received any confirmation mails.

Same problem here with launchpad unstable.

Downloads are working, but they are pretty slow. We are looking at it, and expect you to have a delay of a couple of days at least starting with today (we're processing requests from a 5 days back atm).

Dangerous, people will request even more downloads since it's not clear where the problem is. I requested several ones over the last few days to see if it's working.

Same here - clicked at least 5 downloads today before ending up in this bug tracker.

Maybe you should change the message that an email will be sent "shortly" into a message explaining to be patient.

Repeated requests for the same thing are handled gracefully: you'll get only one with the changes done up to the time the export is actually done. An announcement should be out soon to launchpad-users and ubuntu-translators.

Single file downloads still don't seem to work.

I received an email for a bulk download middle of last week though.

This has been fixed with the latest release. If not, please re-open (we've got some buggy exports, but we'll be looking into them separately).
