Bug Description

The package libmtp6 0.2.1-0ubuntu3 installs:
/etc/hotplug/usb/libmtp.usermap
/etc/hotplug/usb/libmtp.sh

AFAIK, hotplug is not supported in Ubuntu, and no longer in Debian either.
