Bug Description

When a new EFI and KMOD keys are generated we create the CName for those keys from the PPA owner and name. When these combine to a string longer than 64 characters the key build fails and they results are not signed.

Created a PPA with an epically long name. Uploaded a signing bundle which utilised both keys. Looked at the signing artifacts included in the output and confirmed both have their titles truncated appropriatly.
