"You can install N updates" translated incorrectly

This bug is about the Ubuntu package of update-manager and not the update-manager project in general. Subsequently, I am closing the upstream update-manager task as Invalid and will open an Ubuntu update-manager task for you.

This is a interessting bug, the po export for en_CA from rosetta looks correct:
